Chicken Korma

adapted from Sharwood's Curry Paste Recipe

2 Chicken Breasts, sliced
1 Tbs Oil
1 finely chopped Onion
3 Tbsp Curry Paste
2/3 Cup Cream
4 Tbsp ground Almonds

~Fry onion in oil until tender. Add curry paste and chicken and fry over low heat until chicken is cooked. stir in cream and almonds and heat through. Serve Immediately


  1. This meal can also be a workout!! I couldn't find ground almonds and I really didn't feel like dirtying the food processors... so I used some good ol' elbow grease and man is my arm sore!! lol

    I couldn't find any either so I used slivered almonds in a plastic bag and a meat tenderizer! lol!
    I guess I should have originally mentioned that this recipe was also a test of strength and determination! :)
