Skillet Spaghetti

Serves 6
1 lb Extra Lean Ground Beef
2 Tbsp minced Onion
1 Can Tomato Sauce
1/2 Cup thinly grated Zuchini
1/2 Cup thinly grated Carrot
3 Cups Water
1 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Italian Spice
6 oz Spaghetti Noodles (uncooked)
In a large skillet, brown Ground Beef and Onion until Beef is no longer pink, drain. Add all other ingredients to skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and let simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring often. You can let it simmer longer if you want it thicker.
